PHARMACEUTICAL DRUG & CHEMICALS
Pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturers seeking Halal Certification must apply by submitting comprehensive information about their raw materials, active and inactive ingredients, additives, and the production processes involved.
A thorough inspection of the manufacturing facility is conducted by two qualified auditors—a technical auditor and a Sharia auditor—on behalf of our organization. This audit ensures that all relevant requirements are consistently met, including adherence to Halal principles throughout the production process. An audit report is prepared, detailing the findings of the inspection. In certain cases, the applicant may be asked to modify their production procedures, replace certain ingredients, or provide additional documentation about their supply chain.
Once the requirements are met, a certification agreement is established between the applicant and the certifying body. Halal certification is then granted for a specified period, ensuring compliance with both technical and religious standards.
